The Church Of God In Christ was organized in 1907 by Bishop Charles Harrison Mason in Memphis, Tennessee. From those revival fires, the movement spread across the nation, and the work in Oregon took root through faithful saints who carried the message of holiness to the Pacific Northwest.
Oregon First Jurisdiction stands today as a vibrant fellowship of churches across the state, organized into districts and auxiliaries, serving the present age through worship, discipleship, missions, and community outreach.
